R.I.P Shawn Mortensen (1966-2009)

Last night one of my heroes passed away. His name was Shawn Mortensen and during his career he photographed some of the most influential people in music, fashion, art, and pop culture. I had the honor of meeting Shawn at a NYLON Magazine photoshoot in Los Angeles back in March of this year, and I feel truly lucky to have met him before his passing.
